To accelerate the construction duration, the Up-Up Excavation Method was chosen. The B5F and 1F were used as construction platforms. The construction was simultaneously from both platforms. The structural system is mega-frame system which was formed by 8 service cores strengthen by bracings like 8 super columns and the truss framings located in 13F, 14F, 36F, 36M, 57F, 57M, 71F, 78F~80F as mega girders. Two active tune mass dampers (ATMD) were installed at the corner of 77F and 78F to reduce the acceleration induced by wind.
